  12. If the client does not reply to messages within 6 hours of the session starting, then the session is considered complete and there is no appeal regarding a refund.

  13. As in general, talent really values recognizing client's feelings but talent cannot be held responsible, talent not responsible for real feeling client outside the session.

  14. Talent is also a human being who has a private life, and talent will try to reply to messages quickly and the time interval given is 3 - 30 minutes, and talent will tell you if talent have other activities. if talent always disappears please contact the manager

  15. Payment first to avoid hit & run and all payment handle by Qris my manager.

  16. Client must be leave honest review after session end in talent's padlet

  17. Last, please respect each other privacy and we really hope that clients don't cross the boundaries. but in conversation, you may discuss real life activities as long as you don't bring up the personal life of your talent and know your limit.
